Consent to filming, distribution and processing of personal information
When you book a ticket to a film screening and/or a Festival Pass for the 21st Docudays UA International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival (hereafter also referred to as the 21st Docudays UA), you are giving consent to NGO Docudays (USR Code 30069171) (hereafter also referred to as the Organisation) to process your personal information, namely your surname, name, phone number and email in the case of purchasing a festival pass, and your name and email in the case of booking a ticket to a film screening.
The purpose of processing the personal information is organising the 21st Docudays UA, covering the event in the media, on the Internet, in guidelines, advertising materials, and reporting to donors, auditors, as well as performing other obligations by the Organisation in connection to the conduction of the 21st Docudays UA.
You are also consenting to photo and/or video recording by the employees and/or individuals involved with NGO Docudays with the use of a video or photo camera, a mobile phone camera, and/or other technical equipment capable of filming, as well as to the distribution (publication, spreading) of photos/videos with your image and/or with the sound of your voice on the internet, on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, X, YouTube, Flickr), on the websites of NGO Docudays and its partners, in organisation reports, for informational and other purposes.
The holder of your personal information is the Organisation (01001 Kyiv, 11 Mala Zhytomyrska Str., apt. 10).
In order to ensure the safety of personal information, your personal information can be stored on a server outside Ukraine, including on third-party servers.
Personal information is stored for 5 (five) years.
