Yana Kalmykova is a producer, correctional pedagogue.
She was born in Irkutsk (Russia), lives and works in Odessa.
She studied the history of the Middle East, Arabic and English at the Faculty of International Relations of the Odesa I. I. Mechnykov National University, Accounting and Auditing at the Odesa National Economic University, and correctional pedagogy at the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky.
Director of the Truman Production film company since 2018. Member of the European Film Academy.
