Biography
Pylyp Illienko is a Ukrainian filmmaker and former public official.

He produced the short film festival Open Night; from 2007 to 2014 and again in 2021.

He was CEO of Illienko Films LLC from 2008 to 2014, when the company produced two feature films. From 2014 to 2019 he served as Head of the Ukrainian State Film Agency, overseeing the financial support of 173 completed productions, launching production of 194 films, and supporting the distribution of 59 feature films.

In 2020, he founded Illienko Film Productions LLC, which has been involved in various film projects.

Pylyp Illienko is also a voting member of the Ukrainian Film Academy, the European Film Academy and the National Union of Filmmakers of Ukraine,and he served as the Head of Board of the Ukrainian Film Academy from 2020 to 2022.
