After the beginning of Russian full-scale invasion, 14 researchers embarks on a year-long expedition to an Antarctic research station. Their journey presents them with challenges of extreme weather conditions, the psychological toll of isolation and hard feeling caused by the war.

In the harsh conditions of life on the icy continent, they worry about their loved ones. They observe the fighting in Ukraine, fearing complete occupation by the enemy. However, the participants try to hold on.
