Russia’s war crimes that shock the civilised world include pre-planned kidnappings of Ukrainian children. In March 2023, the International Criminal Court already issued a warrant for the arrest of Russian president Putin and the Russian presidential commissioner for children's rights Maria Lvova-Belova.
How does deportation and forced displacement affect children’s identities? How do we return deported children?
