Victor Orozco Ramirez was born in 1974 in Mexico. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Hamburg with a master’s degree in fine arts in the area of documentary filmmaking. He also organised the Ambulart short film festival in Ecuador, Germany and Mexico until 2012.
