Mental health is underestimated and misunderstood in our society. And the problems associated with it are ignored and silenced. People can still see a visit to a therapist as a sign of “craziness,” rather than care for your mental health.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, our mental health has faced new challenges: we have found ourselves in a situation of lack of freedom due to the quarantine restrictions, we have more worries about our health, our feeling of uncertainty and undetermined future has exacerbated. But have we started to care for our mental health better? What prevents Ukrainians from going to therapists for help? How has the attitude towards one’s own mental health changed during the COVID-19 pandemic? And what are the problems that make Ukrainians visit psychologists the most often? How is rehabilitation provided to people who have had COVID-19? And how do people around the world respond to these questions?
