The restrictions adopted by the government under the conditions of quarantine have significantly changed our lives. We have to adapt to the new conditions of everyday life, although not all of the quarantine rules may seem justified or necessary to us.
The freedom of movement, the right to health care, access to information, medical needs of the people without a definite place of residence, protecting other vulnerable groups from coronavirus. Are these restrictions proportionate, do they create additional threats for some groups of people? Has the Ukrainian government upheld human rights in developing the measures of responding to the COVID-19 pandemic? How do we defend our rights under the emergency state conditions? And how do we help the prisoners in the occupied territories of Crimea and Donbas? We will talk about this at the discussion.
