What does a virtual legal city look like? Using the 3D modelling technology, activists have created a virtual legal city called Pravopil. A police department, a state migration service, a courthouse, a local government body are some of the agencies located on this portal. Its users can see how government agencies are supposed to work in order to meet the standards of human rights protection. The viewers can go to the virtual offices of these government agencies, and learn about the laws and regulations that regulate their work, as well as about the standards of human rights protection.
The Pravopil Portal will be useful for activists and monitors of government agencies who work with issues of openness, inclusivity in government agencies, and access to public information. It will also be useful for employees of government bodies and everyone else who is interested in these issues.
