Organisers: Ye-Data
Money leaves a trace, especially money from the public budget. A person armed with knowledge of electronic tools can clearly see where the money flows go. Using electronic resources, you can trace both dishonest manipulations in kindergartens or schools, and corruption in central government agencies. Experts will speak about the open data market, e-services and the search for information.
In the course of an intensive discussion we will try to find the answers to the most relevant questions. What is the right to access public information? What is regulated by the Ukrainian Law ‘On the openness of the use of public funds’? What is the Unified Web Portal on the Use of Public Funds e-data.gov.ua, the Search and Analysis System .007 and Bot007?
Speakers:
Anastasia Rozlutska, editor-in-chief at Mind Lab, coordinator of the Ye-Data project, head of the education and communication department at 007.org.ua, coordinator of the Ye-Investigation national competition of journalist investigations and analytical research;
Natalia Kravchenko, founder and leader of the Search and Analysis System .007, Chairwoman of the Board of the HAS TO BE organisation.
