In elections, the campaigning period is always a challenge for society. It is the time when political strategies are activated, when agitation becomes more intrusive, and the stream of information intensifies. Sometimes these techniques can go beyond legal means, because legislation in Ukraine does not always provide the tools to make timely and effective responses to informational challenges.
In recent years, social media have become a campaigning battlefield for voter preferences, because many people spend a lot of time there.
How do you form and preserve your own opinion in this situation, how do you recognise manipulative campaigning technologies, and how do you realise your right of free choice in the digital era?
