Organisers: Ye-Data project team, supported by the Mind Lab journal
What do you imagine when you hear ‘open data,’ ‘personal data,’ ‘the culture of using open data’? In fact, these are very simple terms. When you know the culture of open data, you know how to use open data for its intended purpose, and protect both your own personal information and the personal information of other people who entrusted it to you.
Experts agree that the culture of using open data in Ukraine is at the emerging stage. At this event, the team of activists will demonstrate in practice how to maintain the balance between the use of open data and the protection of personal information. The workshop participants will learn how to use electronic resources, analyse information, work with open databases, search for the required transactions, and protect personal data.
