Discussion Responsibility after Occupation: Searching for a Balanced Decision will be about the future of Ukraine after the return of the occupied Crimea and certain territories of Luhansk and Donetsk regions. Supporters of different positions will express their views on what kind of responsibility should residents of these territories bear. Should all of them be accused of collaborationism and punished for it? Or maybe we should use the model of selective pardon or a concept of transitional justice?
