This event will be a discussion of reforms as a transition to a new political and economic model of the state and social integration. Oligarchy is a dead end in the evolution of the state, and the main barrier to reforms. So first of all, we must dismantle the oligarchic regime, and only then can we implement reforms. Reforms of property, labor, productive resources and exchange systems, information are the basis of an efficient economy, democracy and the rule of law, and of sustainable development for Ukraine. The current economic and political crisis is an opportunity for urgent reforms.
