This year, Docudays UA has created DOCU/TECHNO, a special non-competitive program, dedicated to the latest technology. In addition, we have invited a couple of Ukrainian experts to discuss the impact of technology on our future. Drones which help the soldiers in the ATO, the Siri voice assistant which you can chat with, and bank cards instead of metro tickets — all these things are already real. But what awaits humanity in 20 years? Will we be able to find jobs in the automated world, will we be able to sleep if we know that robots are becoming smarter than ourselves? How can we preserve human sensitivity in such an environment?

      Festival Pass

      The festival pass gives access to the rich 21st Docudays UA offline programme, which includes the best documentaries worldwide and meetings with their authors. It is valid from 31 May to 6 June at Zhovten Cinema.

      Find out about the terms of use of the festival pass on the ticket rules page.

      From 3 May:
      Pass price: UAH 800.
      Student pass: UAH 500.

      From 30 May:
      Pass price: UAH 1,200.
      Student pass: UAH 700.

      To purchase the pass, please enter your given name and surname, email, and phone number. If the payment was successful, you will receive an email with the necessary information and a certificate. The certificate will not indicate your name or surname.

      If you are a student at school or university, please indicate your student ID number. Internally displaced persons who are studying and do not have such a document can indicate the IDP certificate number.
