The heroine of the film is an actress of Kyiv children’s theatre Teremok. Since childhood, she dreamed of becoming an actress and leaving her home in Mariupol. Masha moved to Kyiv, lives in the centre, plays in the theatre... But everything went wrong, not like in dreams. Hardship corrects her life. Now she spends time with a fun, drinking hardly, using drugs, participating in little “orgies”, disappearing in the Internet, but this does not help her to escape from herself. And she does not grieve and keeps on dreaming….
Mykyta Sitdikov was born in Yekaterinburg, lived in Kharkiv in one of the most unfavourable for raising children places. Like everybody he wore tracksuits and shaved his head. After school he entered the National University of Radio Electronics, faculty of applied mathematics, and six months after left it. Wandering the downtown, he saw the theatre faculty, miraculously entered it as a puppet show actor, and this dramatically changed his appearance and inner life. He studied for three years and then transferred to the faculty of TV directors. Worked as director’s assistant in TV shows “Ukraine’s Got Talent”, “So You Think You Can Dance?”. He performs in two of Kyiv theatres – “Black square”, “KID”.
